As a general guide, kkkji applies the following retention periods:

• Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations
• Transaction and gaming records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction
• KYC documents — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction
• Support communications — retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction
• Marketing consent records — retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter as evidence of consent

Where kkkji is required by law to retain data for a longer period, the statutory retention period will apply. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, kkkji will securely delete or anonymise your personal data.

kkkji implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

7. Right to lodge a complaint — the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe kkkji has violated your data privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact kkkji's Data Protection contact using the details in Section 14. kkkji will respond to all verified requests within thirty (30) days. kkkji may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

The kkkji Casino platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. kkkji does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If kkkji becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, kkkji will immediately close the relevant account, void any associated transactions, and securely delete the personal data in question. If you believe that a minor has registered on the kkkji platform, please contact us immediately at support@kkkji.app.

kkkji's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. In some cases, personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside the Philippines — for example, where kkkji uses cloud infrastructure or third-party service providers with operations in other jurisdictions.

Where such transfers occur, kkkji ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to that required under Philippine law, including through contractual data protection clauses with the relevant third parties.

kkkji reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, kkkji will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the kkkji platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the kkkji platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the kkkji platform.
