By accessing the kkkji website, creating a kkkji account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by kkkji, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) kkkji account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for a kkkji account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.

kkkji reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where kkkji reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

kkkji supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, in compliance with applicable Philippine payment regulations:

kkkji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the kkkji platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkkji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kkkji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. kkkji makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
